These boneless USDA Prime Ribeyes were dry-aged for 40 days. Kept in a dry, temperature controlled area with monitored air conditions, ensuring an even and proper dry-aging process. Dry-aging beef creates a more concentrated beef flavor and can draw out hints of a nutty flavor, all while increasing tenderness as well.

We recommend Pan searing these steaks due to the thinness of each. 

Steaks are thin cut roughly 1/3 inch to 1/2 inch and sold individually
