USA Raised Bison Tenderloin

Alpine butcher has shown me they care 110% for their customers, my first order the bison tenderloins seal was broken on the vacuum bag. I called Alpine butcher 2 new tenderloins shipped and delivered the next day WOW. Thank you. I cooked them about a week later on the grille with a nice sear and then slow cook at 250 degrees until 138 internal temp. They where beautiful nice grille line and tender and still pink inside yum. Taste test: Outstanding my grand kids could not get enough of the succulent lean clean flavor. The only losers where the poor dogs as there was not enough fat or meat to hand out to them, the did each get a little sample and they gathered around the table like a pack of wolfs LOL....Thanks again Alpine Butcher a new customer..
