I’ve been searching many years for the tomato sausage we had in Fall River MA long past. This was a treat to receive, If you remember the original you’ll be very pleased. It was well packaged and shipped quickly to PA.

This type of meat is to be enjoyed in small amounts with lots of friends. 10/10 richness, and fattyiness. Melts in your mouth. I would say pan seared is the best way to go.

Best I ever had !

I was honestly shocked when I saw the steak, the pictures look beautiful and are very accurate. But let me tell you it does not do this steak justice. In person this steak was even more beautiful and the color held up beautiful in shipping. My mother who received said it wasn’t thawed at all and we live in a hotter area! The steak was BMS 12 and I’m honestly super happy couldn’t have asked for better. I will definitely be using alpine butcher again this was a phenomenal experience.

I love these chicken breasts. They are tender and not plumed full of crap like the grocery store meat is. I cant eat store bought chicken anymore after having these. So glad I stumbled up Alpine, I will be a forever customer.

The ribeye was so good but the picanha is with the little extra money
