For these steaks, we started with Stone Axe BMS6-7 Australian wagyu ribeyes spiral cut them then completely covered them in a house-made chimichurri butter and rolled and tied them back up to cut into steaks.
The chimichurri butter contains: balsamic vinegar, parsley, garlic, red chilies, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, & unsalted butter.
