Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at delivery@alpinebutcher.com to initiate a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at delivery@alpinebutcher.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Typically refunds take less than 5 to 10 business days.
If 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at delivery@alpinebutcher.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
