Imported Spanish Iberico Pork

This collection includes all of our pasture-rasied Iberico pork, sourced from Montaraz farm. 

Montaraz Ibérico pork comes from 100% purebred Iberian pigs raised free-range in the oak-rich Dehesa Extremadura, where their natural diet creates unmatched marbling, flavor, and texture. This unique ecosystem is a domesticated Mediterranean forest where holm oaks, cork oaks, and pastures coexist. It provides the ideal environment for the free-range rearing of the Iberian pig during the montanera (acorn-feeding season). Remarkably this large farm provides over 5 acres per pig to forage. Backed by five generations of tradition and USDA-approved natural drying houses, Montaraz stands as a benchmark of authenticity and exclusivity in the world of Ibérico.
