All orders are shipped through UPS. All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable. Guaranteed to arrive ice cold.

New England orders are sent out Monday through Thursday, with 1pm EST. being our cutoff time. These orders arrive next day once shipped. 

All other orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday, with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time. These orders are all sent out as 2-day airs with UPS.
