Soy Ginger Butter Infused Australian Wagyu Ribeye Spirals BMS 6-7

For these steaks, we started with Stone Axe BMS6-7 Australian wagyu ribeyes that we spiral cut and completely covered in a house-made soy ginger butter, then rolled and tied them back up to cut into steaks.

The soy butter contains: Gluten-free soy sauce, grated ginger, & unsalted butter.
