Australian Wagyu Picanha Steaks
A whole picanha is the entire cap taken off the top sirloin and these steaks are cut from that cap which result in a juicy, rich, and flavorful steak. The Australian Wagyu cut takes the flavor to a whole new level that you need to try for yourself to experience. Australian Wagyu is raised to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu with a taste you have to have to believe.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
