Bone Marrow Wagyu Burger
This is a special mix of our house-made Wagyu burgers. To make this burger, we took Japanese Wagyu round and chuck meat and mixed it with A5 Japanese Wagyu trimmings. After this, we mix in some of our house-made marrow bone butter that is made from roasting canoe cut marrow bones and scraping out the roasted marrow. This combination makes for a burger with incredible flavor that kicks our Wagyu burgers up another notch.
Due to the extra marbling of the beef, these will cook quicker than a normal prime beef burger.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
