This F1 Australian wagyu cross breed is grain finished for a minimum of 400 days. The extra grain feeding gives these steaks a bit more marbling, creating a more tender and juicy steak.

These steaks have all the quality and taste of the Japanese cut, without the Japanese price point. Raised in Australian to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling.
