The Sirloin Strip steak (also called New York Strip) is without a doubt one of the best cuts money can buy. Having much less fat than its Ribeye cousin, the strip steak offers exceptional flavor and texture without having any fat to deal with. This is a must for picky eaters.
Wet aged for 21 days. Raised in the North East without the use of antibiotics or hormones.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
