Our steak tips are USDA prime grade, and hand-cut from the flap steak. They are considered the best cut for marinade absorption. We do not needle our steak tips, their flavor and texture requires no alterations.
Wet aged for 21 days. Raised in the North East without the use of antibiotics or hormones.

All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
