USDA Prime Tenderloin Steak
The Tenderloin is by far the most tender cut of beef. This cut typically has less marbling than the other cuts, and therefore tends to be the most mild in flavor. That being said, when the grade is USDA Prime, there is still a smooth buttery flavor that can't be beat.
Less than 5% of beef graded in the USA reach the Prime standard. The grade is given for the high amount of marbling found within the beef. All cuts are hand-selected and cut by our experienced butchers.
This beef is born, raised, and harvested 100% in the United States.
