The marbling is unmatched, the flavor is unmatched, and the savoriness is something you have to try to believe. Prepare for the best steak of your life. This is best cooked with a quick sear on each side with high heat in a cast iron pan.

Stupendous!

The quality of this Ribeye is unbelievable. Kudos to ALPINE BUTCHER! First of all, the packaging was excellent (sealed ice packs, cooler, certification). All you need is a little salt - I salted mine for an hour before cooking in a cast iron skillet (2 minutes each side). My wife - who is not a meat lover did a double take! Yes, it's THAT good.

The A5 I received from Alpine Butcher was one of the best waygu steaks I've ever had. The marbling is insane and the taste was so good. I only used a small amount of kosher salt and a hot grill (800 degrees) for the perfect cook.

Thanks Alpine Butcher

Great Wagyu Steak

Really great steak as always, and something everyone should try a least once. As well I tried Australian Wagyu Ribeye BMS 6-7 to compare and still can't decide which one is the best with each one having such a great taste.
