I want to be clear that my rating is nothing more than me preferring Japanese Wagyu over American, not as a bad review of the product itself. The American Wagyu Steak Tips were great, good portion, cooked perfectly, and the texture and tenderness were on point. For my personal taste when it comes to Wagyu I will stick with Japanese. However, I will absolutely recommend this product for those looking for an affordable, tender, and flavorful steak.
I have never had a steak like this. I’m hooked on Alpine Butcher!
