Absolutely amazing flavor and tenderness. Possibly the best cut I’ve ever had.
I cooked a ribeye tonight for dinner, used the reverse sear approach. Cooked at 170 degrees on my traeger until internal temp was 115 degrees then seared in a hot cast iron pan. It was amazing! Tender, and loaded with flavor!
The only knock is I wish it was more affordable but it was phenomenal
