The Denver steak resembles boneless beef short ribs and is without a doubt one of the best cuts money can buy. It is highly marbled which makes it a perfect steak for a quick hot sear. It is also a fantastic steak for slow braised recipes as well.
Less than 5% of beef graded in the USA reach the Prime standard. The grade is given for the high amount of marbling found within the beef. All cuts are hand-selected and cut by our experienced butchers.
