House-made Beef Tallow

Our beef tallow is made in house by rendering the fat generated from our USDA Prime cuts of beef. Our beef is raised without the use of Antibiotics or Hormones.

This product is a perfect fat to use in place of oil when searing a steak. It has a 1 month shelf life once thawed. It has a 1 year shelf life when kept frozen.
