*Thin-Sliced* A5 Japanese Wagyu Bottom Chuck

The section of the A5 chuck was removed from the entire A5 boneless chuck roll. Once removed, the piece was sliced thin in order to create pieces great for a quick sear or hot pot dish. These will not be as tender as an A5 ribeye or strip, but will still impress.
