This is the closest item you can get to true Japanese Wagyu without it being raised in Japan. This beef is raised in Australia without the use of antibiotics or hormones to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, without having to pay the full price. These steaks have a graded Beef Marble Score of 6/7 making them the perfect balance of meat to marbled fat.

Never ever ordered a wagyu Denver steak before or any kind of Denver steak and it was absolutely phenomenally good. I've had several other wagyu strips and ribeyes and I was just not impressed at all a regular good prime always seem to be better but this was ridiculous. I am cooking again this weekend. I smoked them to 140 then let them sit for 30 minutes and then seared them on the trigger flat Rock. Phenomenal
