Our A Grade Foie Gras is sold in roughly 3 ounce slices. Each slice is individually vacuum sealed.
Considered to be a delicacy in French cuisine, foie gras is sliced from either duck or goose liver and has a rich, buttery, and delicate taste much more so than traditional duck or goose liver.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
