A5 BMS12 Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin Tail
These steaks are the tail end steaks cut off of the Japanese Wagyu tenderloin. Each loin tapers down to a point and the tail cut is the steak off the end of that loin. The filet is one of the most tender cuts of beef, so these steaks will give you all the same amazing tenderness and marbling of the filet cuts while coming in at a cheaper cost.
This is considered the best beef in the world hands down. Imported from Japan with a marble score of BMS12, which is the highest marble grade possible to receive in the world. Each order comes with a certificate of authenticity that shows the origin of the cut.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
