This is a must buy for ~$42/lb. I bought four 8 oz steaks and seared them for ~2min per side on cast iron. The marbling is absolutely amazing and the steak melts in your mouth. The value here is unbelievable, I can't imagine A5 Wagyu is much better (especially for ~$125/lb!)

I bought 4 of these and the quality was amazing. 2 of them easily could pass for BMS12 - I had to double check that they didn’t send me the Japanese Wagyu ones by mistake. Definitely will be buying again!
