This beef tallow is made in house by rendering the fat generated from our A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef. Made from the highest grade and marble scores of Japanese Wagyu this will take your cooking to the next level.
This product is a perfect fat to use in place of oil when searing a steak. It has a 1 month shelf life once thawed. It has a 1 year shelf life when kept frozen.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
