These full-blood NY Strips are sourced from Cobungra Farm, a legendary wagyu brand coming from Stone Axe Wagyu. This cut has all the quality and taste of the Japanese cut, without the Japanese price point. Raised in Australian to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling in every piece. These are graded as a of Beef Marble Score 6/7.
