This Australian Wagyu beef tongue comes from one of our favorites, Stone Axe Wagyu.
When cooking, we typically recommend that the tongue either be simmered in seasoned broth for 3–4 hours or slow-cooked with aromatics for 8–10 hours until tender; once cooked, peel the skin, slice the meat, and quickly sear, grill, or pan-fry to enhance its rich, buttery flavor.
