Description

These boneless USDA Prime Ribeyes were dry-aged for 40 days. Kept in a dry, temperature controlled area with monitored air conditions, ensuring an even and proper dry-aging process. Dry-aging beef creates a more concentrated beef flavor and can draw out hints of a nutty flavor, all while increasing tenderness as well.

Due to the dry-aged nature of this beef, these steaks will cook quicker than a typical USDA Prime steak.

Frequently Asked Questions

All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.

All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday

Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.

Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
