One of our most popular cuts, these have been graded with a Beef Marble Score of 8/9. This is a very high score for any beef raised outside of Japan. Slightly leaner than the A5 Japanese Wagyu that we offer. This is the perfect balance of richness to meatiness.
These steaks have all the quality and taste of the Japanese cut, without the Japanese price point. Raised in Australia to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling. This product has a wagyu lineage of F1/F2.
