Best I ever had !

I used the Red wine braised Ox tail recipe that Alpine butcher has on their IG, and let me tell you it's beyond amazing. The Wagyu ox tails are on another level of good and so is the recipe. I made mine over a bed of Jalapeño cheddar grits and I must say it was one of the best dishes I have made in quite a while. I will have to use this recipe when I make regular Ox tails as well since it was is good and simple. I highly suggest getting these Australian Wagyu Ox Tails and using their recipe, it's well worth the price and time.
