Australian Wagyu NY Strip
These beautiful NY Strips are sourced from Australia and come in with a beef marble score (BMS) of 6/7. This cut has all the quality and taste of the Japanese cut, without the Japanese price point. Raised to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling in every piece. This cattle is raised without the use of Antibiotics or growth hormones.
The end cut off of a sirloin strip has a tendon that runs through it, but still has all the same flavor of Australian wagyu while coming in at a lower price.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
