Masami American Wagyu Bone-in Cowboy Steak

If you are looking for the next step up from USDA Prime beef, look no further. Wagyu refers to the breed of cattle, and naturally produces a more marbled steak than our tradition USDA Prime Angus beef. These cattle are humanely raised in California at Masami Ranch without the use of Antibiotics or hormones.

These cowboy steaks are cut from bone-in ribeye loins, and are processed one bone thickness each with a frenched bone for presentation.
