Plum Wine Infused A5 Japanese Wagyu Strip

Experience dining excellence with our wine Infused A5 Japanese wagyu strips. We took these A5 strip loins and wrapped them in cheesecloth, then poured Japanese plum wine over them every 2 days for a week. We then unwrapped it, and portioned them into steaks without trimming anything off. The wine flavor adds another layer of flavor depth to an already complex, rich steak.
