This Bone-in Wagyu Ribeye is sourced from Margaret River Farm in Australia and are graded with a Beef Marble Score of 4-5. This score is given for the marbling level of the beef. 

These steaks have all the quality and taste of the Japanese cut, with a higher meat to fat ratio that is closer to USDA Prime. Raised to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling in every piece.
