Excellent steaks very highly recommend

I have been sampling steaks from a variety of delivery services over the last six weeks and Alpine Butcher’s cowboy steak checked all the boxes. Appearances matter and when I observed the fat marbling and the thickness of the cut upon receiving my package I felt like what I observed in the marketing photos matched my expectations out of the box. I seared both sides on the grill before finishing the steak in the oven and the plated steak had a perfect brown crust tender juicy interior and smile inducing flavor. Alpine Butcher’s cowboy steak is praiseworthy from the delivery to the plate.

There are no words how amazing this tomahawk steak was I have traveled and eaten a lot of steak and this was unbelievable.
