Truffle Infused Australian Wagyu Ribeye Spirals
For these steaks, we started with BMS 8-9 Australian wagyu ribeyes spiral cut them then completely covered them in a truffle sauce and rolled and tied them back up! We then vacuum sealed them and let it marinate for 3 days. The steaks were then portioned and were left with a truffle sauce crust.
The truffle sauce contains: meadow mushrooms, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle, black olives, sale, and flavorings.
