If you are looking for the next step up from USDA Prime beef, look no further. Wagyu refers to the breed of cattle, and naturally produces a more marbled steak than our tradition USDA Prime Angus beef.
The cattle are humanely raised in California without the use of Antibiotics or hormones by our friends at Masami Ranch.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
