Australian Wagyu Tenderloin Tails
These steaks are the tail end steaks cut off of the Australian Wagyu tenderloin. Each loin tapers down to a point and the tail cut is the steak off the end of that loin. The tails are tied together to form a steak that resembles the center-cut steak. The filet is one of the most tender cuts of beef, so these steaks will give you all the same amazing tenderness and marbling of the filet cuts.
The cattle for these steaks are raised in Australia with the same standards as Japanese Wagyu.

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
