This is for the people who love a tender steak but aren’t a big fan of fat. Our USDA Prime filet mignon and NY sirloin strip are classic cuts that just can't be beaten.
*This package has 2 options, one with 10 steaks and one with 20 steaks*
- 10 steak option includes:
- (5) 12oz. USDA Prime NY Sirloin Strips
- (5) 8oz. USDA Prime Tenderloin Filets

Frequently Asked Questions
All items are individually vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with frozen gel ice packs and dry ice when applicable.
All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday
Orders placed after 1pm EST. on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
Additionally, New England orders are also shipped out on Thursdays with the same 1pm EST. cutoff time.
