The alpine burgers were very tasty and juicy. The mouth feel was great. It was not like a compressed hockey puck at all. Highly recommend!

Amazing burgers
This "alpine " burger has ruined every pub style burger I have ever tasted. the slight heat from the spices was absolutely amazing. I tried this completely plain as to not confuse my taste buds. I will force my mom to purchase me this burger when I crave a burger for dinner. I can't wait for the next one. I will dress it with intent. This review is from my son 27-year-old autistic male. These are the most delicious burgers I've EVER had! We like them either grilled or pan seared in a well-worn cast iron pan. I particularly like 'em with a melt slice of local muenster cheese. The best!
