The New York Strip steak is without a doubt one of the best cuts money can buy. Having much less fat than its Ribeye cousin, the strip steak offers exceptional flavor and texture without having any fat to deal with. This is a must for picky eaters.

Less than 5% of beef graded in the USA reach the Prime standard. The grade is given for the high amount of marbling found within the beef. All cuts are hand-selected and cut by our experienced butchers.
