It looked exactly like what the picture showed, wonderful quality exactly as advertised.This was the first time having A5, it was good,But for my preference I think I would like the Australian wagyu a little better.But if your nervous ordering online, because it is a lot of money for steak, don't be you will get exactly what you ordered.I will be ordering from them again, it's nice to find a good quality family business these days.
My favorite cut of regular steak is a filet or NY strip, so it's not surprising that I liked this one the best out of three versus the A5 ribeye and A5 block/cube. I would definitely order this one again.

Very ditch in flavor. There are plenty of videos to show you how to properly cook and serve this unique, rich, and flavorful steak. This steak leaves such a great flavor on your taste buds that you don't want to follow up with anything.

First time having Japanese wagyu but not our last
Ordered two 8oz New York strip steaks and a 3pack of Denver steaks. All were on special and were got a great deal. I split one of the New York strip with my wife. I’m a big guy and never thought 4oz would be enough but it was so rich and buttery you really don’t need to much. Such a treat, We both loved it.

I haven't tried the other 2 steaks I received yet, but I have had one of the NY Strips, it was really good. I shared with friends of mine and they agreed. I was disappointed I didn't receive the A5 certificate. I will purchase again at some point.
