Sir Harry Orange-Fed Australian Wagyu Boneless Ribeye

Cattle from the Sir Harry line of Australian Wagyu is fed orange citrus pulp along with with locally grown wheat, barley, and corn. Adding the orange pulp to feed has been shown to increase lipophilic antioxidants including α-tocopherol, an important E-vitamin and antioxidant in cattle and humans.

Raised in Australian to the same standards as Japanese Wagyu, the cattle yields steaks that have incredible flavor, tenderness, and marbling in every piece.
