Perfect blend of garlic and thyme. I put it on top of a grilled Buchanan and it brought it to the next level. It’s also amazing on vegetables!

The A5 I received from Alpine Butcher was one of the best waygu steaks I've ever had. The marbling is insane and the taste was so good. I only used a small amount of kosher salt and a hot grill (800 degrees) for the perfect cook.

Alpine Butcher's tenderloin roasts are the no-brainer of holiday prep - this was the 3rd or 4th time we've done their Prime Tenderloin roast. Things to know: (1) they come in at/above weight, (2) they're perfectly trimmed, no waste here at all!, and (3) they're perfectly tied. Customer for life. You won't be disappointed!
